How does it work?

 
 

1. Call our Technical Support line (852)6238.9653. Type your name and company name, our Technical Support will provide you with a session number. Type in your pre-assigned session number, then click the 'Continue' button.

2. Get the quick download. The screen-sharing plug-in automatically downloads onto your computer.

3. Meet our Technical Support Rep in real time. Our Technical Support Rep helps you directly on your computer, as if he or she were sitting right next to you.

4. How? The screen-sharing plug-in lets both you and our Technical Support Rep communicate via a Chat window, see your computer screen, share your mouse and keyboard and draw on your screen using the special Whiteboard feature.

System Requirements

 
 

For a support representative to view a customer’s desktop, the customer should meet these requirements:

(1) 28.8Kbps or greater connection, 56K recommended

(2) Recommend ability to make direct outgoing TCP connections, or availability of a SOCKS server or an HTTP proxy

(3) Required Pentium-class PC running Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, NT 4.0, XP or Vista


For a customer to view a support representative’s desktop, the customer should meet these requirements:

(1) Requires Windows 95 (WinSock 2 Recommended), 98, 2000, Me, NT 4.0, XP or Vista

(2) Recommend minimum of Pentium 300 with 64 MB of RAM

(3) Recommend stable Internet connection with 56K or better

(4) Recommend ability to make direct outgoing TCP connections, or availability of a SOCKS server
